Email Aliases
Email Aliasing links several email accounts to a Gemini user account. The purpose
is to allow a single user to use multiple email addresses to interact with Gemini.
For example, work, home, phone accounts can all be used to send in emails.
Adding Aliases
To add an alias, click the “Add” link. A popup will appear allowing you to complete
the following fields:
Aliased Email: The incoming email address, such as the home or
phone email account. It is NOT the Gemini email account
Gemini User: The Gemini user to assign any issues originating from
the above email address.
Click “Save” to add the alias to MailboxPro.
Editing Aliases
To edit an alias, in the action column, click the edit icon
by the appropriate entry and edit
the fields as described in “Adding Aliases” above. Click save to finish.
Deleting Aliases
To delete an alias, click the delete icon
by the appropriate entry and confirm
the deletion when asked.

Searching Aliases
You can search for aliases by the incoming email. Enter part of the email into the
search field and click “Search”. Matching emails will be displayed.
