GMBP has added hugely to the functionality of Countersoft's Gemini project
tracking software, allowing users to create new issues or add comments
to existing issues by just adding an extra address on their emails.
Developers have found it to be invaluable - especially for keeping a record of
protracted email threads discussing issues with customers -
and it's so simple to use. As a result, everyone's happy -
developers have a clear record of requirements, customers can
clarify their requirements just using email and project
